Sorry to anyone who's joural or comments I haven't responded too, first I was busy and then my anxiety snuck up on me, and took over, it tell's me not do or say anything coz i'll only scew it up, and then I hate myself for for not doing anything and feel anxious about that.

Anxiety sucks, I'd feel so much less anxious I'm sure, if my anxiety wouldn't try to stop me doing stuff I actually enjoy.

Anyway i'm doing alright today so i'm going to get creative and try and work on my watercolour skills.
